Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Get Back jewelry, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Visit the Returns Portal

  Enter your order number and zip code into our online returns center to begin the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Refund or Exchange

  Indicate whether you would like a refund to your original payment method or if you would prefer to exchange your piece for a different color or style.

  Print Your Prepaid Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to print and attach to your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
